My friend decided to have a fancy dress party and I had very little money to buy an outfit so was so stuck on who to go as!?
After coming across the dress below made from a binbag I decided I was going to make a quirky outfit and who better to go as than Lady Gaga miss quirky herself. I based my outfit around this image of her and used the idea of creating it out of a bin bag.
